These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website payzeronow.com (the "Site"), operated by Pay Zero Now Inc. ("Pay Zero Now," "PZN," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about Pay Zero Now's merchant services, including payment processing, dual pricing / cash discount programs, and point-of-sale equipment. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, any third party.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of services. All merchant accounts are subject to application, underwriting, and approval, and are governed by separate written agreements between the merchant, Pay Zero Now, and the applicable payment processor and sponsor bank. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed merchant agreement, the merchant agreement controls.
3. SMS Terms & Conditions
3.1 Program Description
Pay Zero Now offers text message communications to customers and merchants who opt in. Message types include account notifications, service updates, and customer support messages related to your merchant services account.
3.2 Opt-In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Pay Zero Now by submitting our Text Message Consent Form, by providing your mobile number and written consent during the application or support process, or through other consent mechanisms we provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Pay Zero Now.
3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with us.
3.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Pay Zero Now is not responsible for any carrier charges.
3.5 Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you may sign up again through any of our opt-in methods.

3.7 Carrier Disclaimer

4. Intellectual Property
